Today we slept in, wandered around Santiago and caught up with friends. We visited the Cathedral and many of the souvenir shops.
While many pilgrims departed Santiago more arrived. Over 2000 compostelas were issued today.
In addition to pilgrims, the city is also full of tourists and tour groups.
We found a couple of places away from the centre for breakfast and an evening meal.
Tomorrow morning we catch a train back to Mardrid and a plane in the evening back to Australia.
It has been a great trip and we have walked around 700 kilometres completing 3 Caminos since arriving a month ago.
